"The location is great, close to the airport and they offered shuttle to and from the airport. The only complain I have is they charged my credit card for room service food order I paid in cash and gave really good tip to the staff. The charges was added after I got back to my home country, the order was at the first night of my stay. This is deceitful. To call my credit card company for this charge is wasting my time because it’s not that much, but still, this charge is dishonest. "

"The hotel is definitely a good option if you are looking for a hotel near the airport (only 30min away). It is a huge complex and it’s amazing to see how well it is managed. Staff was excellent although it don’t start well. In an American hotel chain I was told that they don’t have too many king size beds. Then I was told I’ve been upgraded to a larger room. Upon entering the room it was the same situation which I experience more frequently around the world. A room with facilities for handicapped guests is being presented as an ‚upgrade with more space‘. It was sorted out afterwards but it becomes more a nuisance that I have to mention it explicitly at checkin every time."
