"When we arrived they claimed they didn’t have our booking, they then tried to put us in a room that was of a lower standard than we had paid for, we had to insist, unfortunately communication was very poor. This lack of communication made everything very difficult and frustrating. We booked one of the cottages, which are located on the roof, this resulted in us hearing road noise 24/7 Breakfast was very disappointing, we ended up only eating once at the hotel. "My stay at Desa Potato Head in Bali was exceptional from start to finish. The service was outstanding—every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The room was beautiful, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was one of the softest and most comfortable I've ever slept in, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Bali. The food was fantastic throughout the resort, with every meal exceeding my expectations. One of the highlights was spending time on the rooftop, where the sunset views and overall atmosphere created the perfect Bali vibe. The pool area was another standout. The water was comfortable, the space was well maintained, and even during my visit it was easy to find a great place to sit and unwind without feeling crowded. Overall, Desa Potato Head delivered an incredible experience with amazing hospitality, excellent food, beautiful facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali."
