"When we arrived they claimed they didn’t have our booking, they then tried to put us in a room that was of a lower standard than we had paid for, we had to insist, unfortunately communication was very poor. "Meket Bungalows was an absolute Gem!! Everything was immaculate…Wonderful infinity pool with a sunset view. Big rooms, comfortable beds & great rain shower! Breakfast is even included, & close walk to a few restaurants. The Grounds were beautiful & the Beer was Cheap. We had one issue with cockroaches in the shower when we arrived, but told hotel staff & they attended to the issue & we never saw them again, so still give it 5 Stars!"

"Staff went above and beyond all the time !! Food was great and lots of places to eat. Pools are very nice. Very expensive for anything on the resort. There was minimum spends just to sit at the pool which deters a lot of people. Minimum spends when going to eat in restaurants too. We will not stay here again due to the minimum spends at pool and restaurants. Beach is not useable at all, it is so dirty."
