"Stay was quiet and lovely. The staff were very friendly.
Pool was refreshing after a hot day
There was an amazing massage place just down the road, highly recommend them too!
Would definitely stay here again, especially for the price"

"When we arrived they claimed they didn’t have our booking, they then tried to put us in a room that was of a lower standard than we had paid for, we had to insist, unfortunately communication was very poor.
This lack of communication made everything very difficult and frustrating.
We booked one of the cottages, which are located on the roof, this resulted in us hearing road noise 24/7
Breakfast was very disappointing, we ended up only eating once at the hotel.
The bathroom had no storage...

"Great place to relax and unwind with plenty of amenities on the property such as pool, gym, pool table, bicycles, massage,...etc.
The best thing about this place is the fresh tropical fruit plate and juices that was served complimentary every morning with breakfast!! "

"Amazing new bungalows with great view into the jungle. Pool also perfect. Just food menu very basic which makes it harder to enjoy time just in the place. Need for scooter to have dinner in Ubud "

"Amazing property, really about creating a community within the resort. Everything has a purpose and thought through. Lots of things to do throughout our stay. The location is in the middle of everything but felt secluded. The design was incredible and really immersive, it reflected a more modern perspective on Balinese architecture without washing it down. The staff was amazing and really thoughtful, i got a cold during my stay and somehow everyone knew and took extra care to make sure i was comfortable. The food/restaurant venues were always fresh and inventive, really fantastic breakfast with the Dome and the vegetarian restaurant in the suites. A fantastic stay, highly recommended even if you aren't into late night parties, it allows you to participate as much or as little as you like. "
"Breathing class , Sound Bath and Canang making with temple visit were all excellent activities. Staff are all very friendly. Make sure to book for Eight Degrees South - the tuna dishes were very nice and make sure to try a desert "
"The towels were unacceptable—grey, frayed and clearly overdue for replacement.
No one expects luxury, but basic standards matter. If they’re not good enough to offer guests in your own home, they’re not good enough for a hotel.
How can you look past it?!?!?
Water temperature in shower barely Luke warm. No hand towels provided. A bare basic hotel next to Denpasar airport to accommodate day use before flying out NYEPI Eve.

"Everything was great from staff to the room, services, pool and the breakfast. The only thing that could be improved is the laundry service as there was only one set of machines and the drier stopped working midway. "
"The Vira Bali Boutique Hotel & Suite is definitely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Before my trip, I had many questions and all of my questions was answered through the Expedia chat. When I arrived the bellboy from the hotel was on time in picking me up and was very friendly and pleasant. Once I arrived I was greeted at the front desk, and since I arrived at 12 am, they offered a welcome drink but the restaurant was closed so they gave it to me the next day. The bellboy will also bring all of your luggage to your room. The room was so clean and it smelled really good in the room. The Staff is so polite, helpful, and will make sure that your stay is pleasant. The food is absolutely delicious at the restaurant that’s attached to the hotel. They have so much food to offer on their menu. Their drinks are amazing. The price to stay and for the food is very inexpensive and it’s worth more than how much it costs. The servers were all absolutely amazing. The SPA that’s located in the hotel was so amazing that I got 2 massages a day for relaxation. The masseuse are absolutely wonderful. 5 stars is definitely deserving of this hotel. I am returning for another trip, and going to make sure my stay is a little longer at your wonderful, beautiful hotel. I miss the wonderful staff already. ❤️"
"We come to this hotel when we visit Legian and every time we come to Bali it’s a second home. It’s clean well priced for the amenities and quality of staff and facilities and we just love it. Stayed in pool Villa 11A Awesome ! Can’t recommend enough!"
"Amazing hotel, the best location and 10/10 service by the staff! Their attention to detail is on the next level! They even styled my room to my liking! Awesome experience! "
"We have stayed at the Prama 6 times over the years and really love it. The breakfast is fabulous. Lagoon pool is beautiful. The beach is the best to swim in the ocean. Staff are lovely and friendly. We will stay again."
