"L’hôtel est magnifique au milieu des temples, les chambres sont rénovées et propres. Le lit est confortable. Le wi-fi fonctionne correctement ainsi que l’eau chaude et la pression. Le personnel est super sympa.
Il y a néanmoins une odeur d’humidité dans la chambre, et le bruit de la route avec les scooters, car la fenêtre n’est pas de bonne qualité. Prévoyez les bouchons d’oreille."

"When we arrived they claimed they didn’t have our booking, they then tried to put us in a room that was of a lower standard than we had paid for, we had to insist, unfortunately communication was very poor.
This lack of communication made everything very difficult and frustrating.
We booked one of the cottages, which are located on the roof, this resulted in us hearing road noise 24/7
Breakfast was very disappointing, we ended up only eating once at the hotel.
The bathroom had no storage...

There was an amazing massage place just down the road, highly recommend them too!

"Everything was absolutely amazing, the property is absolutely beautiful and beach is only less than 2 min walk. Breakfast was lovely with watermelon juice and Indonesian options."

"Excellent place to detach from the outside world. So quiet and peaceful. My girlfriends and I used this resort as a respite in our otherwise busy Bali visit. We chose to get massages. They had other options that we do not avail ourselves of. It rained everyday and it was so magical with the view of the rice fields and the tropical landscape, relaxing on our patio enjoying the sounds and smells. We also relaxed by the pool most of one day, very rejuvenating."

"We had the poolside rooms to be able to enjoy a swim easily. What we didn’t realise was that the pool didn’t receive much sunshine and the water was too cold to swim.
Such a shame as we paid extra for the rooms and couldn’t use the pool.
Everything else was great but would not stay again for this reason."
"The staff were really nice and polite as well as professional. The room was clean and housekeeping did an amazing job and especially we would like to say thank you to Diva. The Sheraton Kuta was excellent located next to beachwalk shopping mall and easy for food and shopping. We definitely will back!"
"This is a legacy property that had been remodeled. The only hotel in Bali that has more than 4 floors (Bali building code, can't exceed the height of the coconut tree, maximum 4 levels). Personally I love staying in this hotel because of proximity to my family ancestral home to come and visit during my vacation. It has prime location to anywhere you want to go in Bali. 10 mns walk to Bali port, half hour to airport if traffic is light. You can walk , bike or jog to any neighboring hotels, villas, Caffe, restaurant, spa, shops, the Icon Mall, and anything else you can think of. Its location has the best spot for glorious sunrise and tidepool activities for the kids and family to enjoy at certain periods of time. The rooms are larger in size comparing to any hotel, I do like the guests activities they are offering, yoga and tai chi classes to salute the sunrise on the hotel green lawn by the beach was such a glorious way to start your day. Stretching your body while enjoying the ocean breeze, the yoga instructors are so kind to make sure you can follow the movements ( it has 3 levels to choose from, from easy to hard, you can choose whichever that your body can follow). Free one hour bike riding to enjoy with the family followed by amazing breakfast spread at Arunika ( by the pool) or Rosso ( on mezzanine floor). The giant lap pool isn't so deep, but nice enough for swimming laps or just to play around. Most importantly the staff from front to back are so nice and helpful."
"If I had a single regret in my stay here, it is the fact that I cant give a 6 Star Review.
in my 60 times around the sun, I have at a myriad of accomodations across the globe. Some have definitely been 5 star, and the service and facilities have been perfect.
However, what the do not have have, and what the Intercontinental Bali has an abundance of, is the Balinese Soul.
When you arrive in Bali, you are acutely aware that these are some of the happiest people in the world.
The same can be said of the ITC Bali. Every member of their team clearly live what they do, are proud of where they work and, importantly are an incredible representation of Bali.
Every service provided by the ITC Bali team is done with patience and sincerity. Nothing is too much trouble, and Team Members like Antara in the Club Intercontinental are perfect ambassadors of not only the Hotel but the Islamd its self.
You are spoilt for choice from 4 magnificent restaurants, and their are a multitude of Pools to choose from, including one Adults only. The facilities are modern but with an old world charm, and the same can be said for the rooms.
Botanical gardens to walkthrough on a moonlit night coupled with the Golden Sands of the beach makes this the perfect stay to nourish the soul and ease the heart. This is my first visit and and it won't be my last. In fact I have some leave coming up in November, and no need to guess where I will be returning.
May your travels lead you here one day."
"Clean room, friendly staff, good selection of breakfast, though, peak hour service can be slow.
Room was decent, just the sockets didn't work, we had to get the electrician to come and fixed the bedside sockets. Can see and feel the property is sightly aged, but aged well.
Highly recommend young families"
"Everyone was very friendly and kept making sure I didn't have any issues during my stay. The water temperature in the pool was perfect and the view from it was amazing!"
