"Where to start? With the welcome packet hanging on the door. My husband and I approached the Inn on the afternoon of May 31, 2026. On the door, we found a welcome packet with a page inside directed to "Expedia Guest." A copy of this is attached. In the attached note, Mark introduced himself and then started complaining about Expedia. In the fourth paragraph of the note, he days the commission Expedia takes "makes it tough for small inns like ours." In the fifth paragraph, I kid you not,...

"Booked the room because it was a good price and the photos weren’t bad. When we got there, the photos we saw is not was we showed up to. There was rodent poop in the bed and the dresser drawers. The one chair had a cigarette burn and the other chair had some weird stains on it. The bottom of the door was busted and you could see between the door and the door frame, out to the parking lot. The outlets didn’t even have covers on them. All the patchwork on the walls were done but just left as is...

"We only stayed a night but the property was wonderful. Everything was well maintained and clean. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was also enjoyable. All staff were encountered were helpful and friendly. I highly recommend."

"This place was okay. It was affordable, in a decent location, and had a cafe onsite. The room was clean-ish. It was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, but the sheets and towels had stains, stray hairs on the linens and in the bathroom, the room smelt funny, and our pillows were all different sizes."

"Please don’t book this place. There are cars in the parking lot on blocks with no tires. The lobby is half blocked off due to falling support beam. The room was clean but vey old. The mattress was discussing."

"This is not a good hotel. It’s not well maintained and the room needs to be cleaner. Dirt on shower walls when we got there. AC was completely off so the room was hot and took most of the night to cool off. Smallest tv I have seen in a hotel room and I had to use my cell to call for a remote as the phone in the room didn’t work. Not a super quiet hotel either. No working ice machine as well. It wasn’t a terrible experience but not one I want to repeat. Staff was fine."

"The room was supposed to have a walk in shower which it showed on website but did not have one my.mom is handicapped and falls easy but they could not give us a room with walk in shower. Every time we needed clean towels we had to ask for them. No where to put your clothes only 2 small drawers We were there for a week and had to live out of our suitcase.we were very disappointed ."

"The room was small but comfortable. The bed was too soft, but that's just me. I prefer a much firmer than average mattress. Having the diner right on site was great. The service was awesome & the breakfast delicious. I'd have no problem staying here again, or even just coming to eat."
