"I stay here every time I visit NY which is a couple times a year. The staff, specifically Jocelyn, is the greatest! So sweet and caring! Really makes the whole experience worth it. This time around, it seemed like there was leaf blowing happening in the mornings around 9 or 10am so that kinda sucked hearing. The location is pretty convenient since it’s near to Bay Plaza. "
"Horrible. When we got there day of for our booking. They didn’t send us a code for the door and we were locked out for hours. It took the neighbors to contact them for them to call us and tell us that our side lost power in the morning yet they didn’t want to message us and let us know before hand and wasted our time. So we were searching for hours for a hotel to stay at because most of them couldn’t fit a group our size.Also the address on the booking is not the actual address it was the house...

"At first it started off rocky. Thought I could check in at 3pm although I told them I would arrive around 5pm. That’s on me. Long story short 1st room I got was not serviced got the 2nd room real quick. Overall it gives you a college experience with the bathroom and showers outside the room. I enjoyed it. "
