"The room was clean. The breakfast area could use an upgrade on how the food is served. But the breakfast itself was fine. Although the bathroom was small, it was set up in a manner that it was easy to use. Could use a little bit more counter space. "

"don’t get a room near the elevators. all night and morning people in and out, doors banging, trashy people talking loud and carrying on waiting for the elevators, i felt like they were in my room! also noise from the subway stopping, you will feel and hear it "

"Check in was quick. When we arrived at the room there was a dirty towel an an empty toothpaste box left on a shelf. The remote to the tv had no battery or cover. When I went downstairs to complain the front desk was not there. Waited a good 15-20 mins for someone to return. Rooms and doors are not soundproof at all. I could hear everyone in the hallway and the couple next door while they were being intimate. Lots of “suspicious” people in and out of the place. "

"If I could give zero stars I would. This hotel is very dirty. People smoke at the front door and there isn't an ash tray so there are cigarette butts everywhere. My room had crumbs on the floor and the bed sheets. The bathtub had mold. The heater was covered in dust so I didn't turn it on. They don't have parking so I had to find a space on the street. I'm glad that I only needed to spend one night there, and I'll never go there again. "

"Nice hotel. Rooms were very spacious. Super quiet. I liked all the amenities and how close it was to the city. Literally took 10-12 minutes to get into the city. Quick and easy check-in. I would definitely recommend staying there. (A couple items in my room were a little worn) but all of the other items I listed definitely outweighed this. "
