"広々としていて、素敵な部屋だった。 地上波以外にも、Netflix・YouTube等のテレビも見れた。各部屋にテレビが付いていて子ども同士でチャンネルの取り合いにならずに済んだ。 温泉にも入れて、ピアノや庭もあり、食器類も自由に使えてのんびりできた。 食事も近くにドラッグストアやスーパーがあって便利も良かった。 洗濯洗剤も付いていて洗濯できて良かった。 次も来たいと思いました。 ただ、お風呂場の洗面所の電気が付かなくて残念でした… 子ども用の歯ブラシだったり、身体を洗うボディースポンジ(タオル)、キッチンにトースターとかがあるともっと嬉しいなと思いました。"

"I cannot express what I felt, I was looking for a ryokan to have a nice relaxing moment and I found this ryokan. For the moment I entered my room it was stopless, a nice tatami room, big enough to accomodate 3-4 people. A PERSONAL ONSEN INSIDE YOUR ROOM!!! and overall was the best stay in all my travels to Japan. The hotel is near the 7 hells of Beppu and is easy to find. THE BEST RYOKAN EVER. "

"The room was pretty old, but it was well maintained, so OK condition for the 1 night stay. Restaurant and food was great. But onsen was small, and the water was not hot enough. Considering the hotel size, and its location in Betpu area, onsen should be better than that, in my opinion. "

"The house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for our family of three. The two bedrooms, each with two single beds, provided more than enough space for two adults and one child. The kitchen was well equipped with essential cookware, including a rice cooker and microwave, which made it easy for us to prepare meals. "露天風呂は開放感があって良い。 しかし、22時までしか入れないから長く楽しめない。 室内に入ると臭い（温泉の匂いではない） エアコンの暖房が効かない 備え付けの食器、調理器具が衛生的とは思えない。 敷布団が薄いし変な分かれ方しているので寝にくい。 総合的に鑑み、料金が高いと感じた。 唯一良い点はアフリカンサファリと地獄めぐりが近い事。"

"객실에 전자레인지, 인덕션, 냉장고, 정수기, 온수 포트, 비데, 세탁기, 에어컨, 공기청정기 등 생활 가전제품이 모두 있어서 좋았습니다. 그런데 가전제품이 파라소니 제품인데 사용법을 몰라서 사용방법 알아내는데 힘들었습니다. 외국인을 위해서 사용방법을 비치해놓으면 좋겠습니다. 현관 도어락이 잘 안눌러져서 처음 도착했을때 들어가질 못해서 멘탈이 터졌는데, 호텔 관계자와 연락도 되지 않아 불편함이 있었습니다. 주방 쪽 바닥 보일러만 켜면 차단기가 내려가는데, 호텔 측에서 사전에 알려주지 않아서 히터가 문제인줄 알고 추운 겨울에 히터를 최소한으로 켜고 춥게 지냈습니다. 둘째날 부터는 보일러가 문제라는 걸 알게 되어 히터 빵빵하게 틀고 잘 지냈습니다. 객실에 온천탕은 있는다는 사실은 모르고 갔는데, 온천수가 나오는 개인 탕이 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 주차장 높이가 2700mm라서 SUV, 승합차는 들어갈수 없습니다. 모르고 가족여행이다 보니 승합차를 가지고 갔는데 집에 주차를 못해서 길가에...
