Leider trübte der Service das Gesamtbild deutlich. Bei Nachbestellungen von Brot, Kaffee oder anderen Kleinigkeiten kam es zu langen Wartezeiten. "I loved the decor of the hotel and the rooms were spacious and nice. The bed was a little hard for me; but i’m the type who prefers a soft mattress. The hotel itself was clean and the staff was very nice. I liked that they had a free water and coffee station that is available 24/7. They also have breakfast (for an extra cost) and it was ok. I recommend passing on it, but if you need something quick there are options there. I would recommend this hotel to others, and I would book again if I come...

"Incredible service by Petra and Attila. They gave us all the great restaurants and bakeries and places to go. Thanks for their help with trains !! The sauna was so deluxe: hot and a nice rest area. The breakfast was delicious with fresh squeezed juice. Great pastries. Our room was quiet and the bed was great. Super location with easy walk everywhere. We are coming back . "
