However, we made a airport pick up which never showed up, the hotel restaurant was a mystery as it seemed disconnected to the hotel and they struggled to explain when it was open- which it was not for dinner. Also the staff "hid" behind their computer screens and never provided any service so we just refrained to ask for anything; therefore if service is what you are looking for we suggest another hotel."

"What a hotel! From first getting here to checking out has been amazing. The room was brilliant. The staff could not do enough for us and overall an excellent stay! If you are visiting Budapest then seriously check this place out. And also, if it is a heatwave, they have great AC!"

"Breakfast offer was outrageously expense. If purchasing the breakfast package we had to purchase for entire stay. We were leaving very early on the lay day and didn’t have time for breakfast. At $40 euro per day and we didn’t have time, that’s ridiculous that you couldn’t make an exception. Your other exception was $35 euro EACH for breakfast. I couldn’t eat $35 euro of food. Way overpriced with no other option. Just because of that probably will choose a different hotel next time. You have no...

"Fantastic hotel in a great location 👌"

"The staff at reception were very welcoming on one of the hottest ever days in Budapest, checked me in early and arranged a room quickly for me. The room within the very old stone building had a lovely vaulted roof, and was adequately air conditioned to keep it cool and comfortable to sleep. The staff were all friendly, polite and helpful."
