The property was renovated, very clean, great amenities, very easy to check in and check out, all automatically. The only thing we would highlight is, because it's right in front of a church, be prepared to be woken up at 7am with the bells, we certainly couldn't sleep in the morning.

What an amazing place, with a magnificent view. Friendly and welcoming personnel. Breakfast was very good and served in the room - bread still warm. This is highly recommended.

The staff were increbidly welcoming, the room is fabulous, so spacious, with all the extras you could wish for.

The hotel was a fantastic place to stay whilst in Porto. The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The room over looked the courtyard and was very quiet. The staff were all so friendly and knowledgeable about the area, giving us some excellent recommendations and advice. Breakfast was included and was lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay the staff were excellent. Food and room were also good. Parking is a challenge on space for 4 car maximum. Location is not easy to find but it's excellent for exploring Porto

Absolutely loved it from the start of my stay. Alberto was a lovely man who was exceptionally gracious, friendly and helpful. Personal touches like little chocolates left on the bed to luxurious towels and bathrobe. Nothing was too much trouble for Alberto or the housekeeper Susanna. The distance from the centre was quite a way but not a problem for me but may be for someone with mobility issues. Would love to visit again.

A delightful place and a faultless stay. This is a beautifully-designed property in an excellent, central (but quiet) location with kind and charming owners and staff. Will certainly return. Highly recommended.

Super friendly, great location, beautiful property! The garden room was amazing and I’d happily stay again

We have not written a travel review before but we do read them, and our choice of this Guest House was influenced by the good reviews we read. We are sharing our experience this time in the hope that other travellers may find it useful. The InPatio Guest House is delightful. We are both very pleased that we stayed here. The location is great - central but still nice and quiet in the room. The river, tourist sightseeing, and plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes are within very close distance...

Clean and spacious room in a central location.

This place is absolutely lovely and very well located, just 15 minutes walk (or a slow walk of 20 mins) from the most central places. Opposite the premises is a beautiful park (Jardins do Palácio de Cristal) with peacocks and stunning views over Porto. The decor of the rooms and the common areas are beautiful, the staff extremely kind and helpful - thank you Maria and the other lady who went out of her way to ensure that I could connect to their Internet when I lost network coverage. Breakfast...

This place was simply superb. That started with one of the hosts, Ana, organising a taxi to pick us up from the airport and bringing us to the guest house. Her instructions how to get in and find our key were great. The room was really lovely and slightly quirky with the bare stone wall and bed at a slight angle. The bathroom was large. Everything was really comfortable and clean. The location is great. You are not too far from anything, and Porto is a walk about city, so nothing is that far. We...

This is a great apartment, ideally located for visiting Porto. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Our group had a wonderful time, would 100% recommend!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay in a perfect location for exploring Porto. Delicious breakfast too! Would definitely recommend

We loved our stay here, the guest house is spotless, the shared bathroom has a great shower, very clean, the bed was comfy, the couple who run it are lovely, lady explained all the places to visit and gave us a map, you can have something to eat when you like, toast, cereal, tea or coffee all day, we made cheese and ham toasties at the end of a long day walking round Porto, it was a welcome extra. I would happily stay here again as it was fantastic.

Before we even arrived we were sent information and questions to help make our stay more special. There was a really nice welcome when we checked in and provided with lots of helpful info, all the staff were wonderful. New Years Eve we were sent a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine delivered to our room and the girls made special cakes each day for breakfast. The room was spacious and quiet would recommend this if you like good personal service and for a relatively small guest it's very...
