"Lurdes the manager is extremely helpful and kind and made us feel right at home. The property is about a 15 minute walk to Porto's historic district and we never felt too far out, quiet and tucked away and great value. Unfortunately the washroom had a strong sewage smell, which was very bad and present each time we left the room and came back. We brought this up; however it was not addressed. Otherwise the room was very clean and didn't have many other issues."

"Lovely clean room which was serviced daily. Towels and soap/shower gel provided. Air con was very effective and ensured the room remained cool even when 30 degrees outside. Good location, albeit traffic was a little noisy at night. Excellent communication prior and during our stay from the hotel. Very easy to get to the main areas and a two minute walk to the metro. Vending machines to purchase refreshments and complimentary water and herbal tea in the room on arrival. Lockers to store luggage...
