"Everything was perfect"

"This is a property without a reception desk and access is provided by a lock box key. i had a few problems downloading the key details. I emailed the property and was immediately contacted and provided with the necessary details. The property is very clean and the courtyard is a wonderful floral area. Some items of furniture were a bit tired but that is being really picky. There is no car parking outside the property but this is made clear prior to booking. There is street parking nearby."

"Friendly welcoming hotel in a great position on the sea front. Large room and en-suite with housekeeping. Ample parking which is free to residents after you record your registration. Good selection at breakfast with tables cleared quickly by attentive and friendly staff. Restaurant at night but meals can be ordered/served in the lounge/sports bar. A lot of work has been done to keep hotel up to date."

"The rooms in the annex are in a state of poor repair. The foyer and rooms are very shabby. Bed and bathroom was clean."

"Rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable. Food at the pub was the best we had during 2 weeks in Wales. Staff was helpful, friendly, and very accomodating. Highly recommend this place as convient to the Cardiff airport and very comfortable."

"It was accommodation only. We had key code to let you in. Didnt see the owner at all. Bedroom was small but adequate. Ensuite was small. Bed was not that comfortable but it was very clean."
