"Breakfast was way below average. Bananas were over ripe, cinnamon rolls were not fresh, television was difficult to operate with no instructions. There were two steps up from parking area with no handrail making it very difficult for elderly with disabilities."

"We checked in expecting 2 Queen beds but only had one room available with one bed. The shower wouldn’t drain so they switched our floors… up one floor, no elevator. Our second room …. The tub and the sink didn’t drain. At this point I’ll mention the smell of the hallways covering up some other smell. We decided to leave rather than sleep without a shower. While the staff was nice, the hotel looked like an old 1960’s motel renovated To resemble a Best Western. The staff was very nice though."

"Wish I knew the building was under renovation? Poor running water to flush the toilet, enterance under construction, breakfast moved to fitness center. Once it’s complete, returning is possible."

"Very easy check-in, the gentleman at the front desk was kind and polite. The room was spacious and very clean. The property was well-kept, quiet, and very close to the river walk! I would definitely stay again."
