"Room was good for a young family of 4.
Food was mostly beige at restaurant. Breakfast satisfactory but not Hilton. Pool etc separate to lodge and club extra cost .. not overly cheap.
Club was great , location to lodge excellent.
Plenty of decent eats in chirnside."

"The first room that I was given, smelt terribly of cigarette smoke when I entered. I opened the balcony door to get some fresh air into the room. I very quickly closed the door again, as there was a pile of cigarettes butts in the middle of the balcony. I went down to the reception area to inform them of the situation. They very quickly & most apologetically gave me a much better room."

"Location of the hotel was great, easy to get around. The only problem was, the hotel is next to a railway, and you could hear some train noise. The noise was there but not that bad, I could still sleep.
Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious.. living room is kind of small.
Cleaness could be better, we found stain on one of the bed’s linen. Other than that, it was clean."

"Excellent location
Stay here for convenience and value for money. Good breakfast and they will keep your bags for you as you walk around.
Few things needing maintained in the room or cleaned to make it go from a 3 star to 4.5. showerhead kept flying off the wall, parts were broken. Mouldy shower seals. Taped light. Scuffs all over the wall. Didn't have spare items in the bathroom and vanity needed a wipe over. Bits of rubbish all over the hallway floor."
