"This is a cute little place just behind the wall and close to one of the main beaches as well as the grocery store and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable (no AC but it was lovely to leave the window open) and we used the common areas for picnics or to have a glass of wine. Breakfast was lovely and abundant. We used the bicycles to ride around town but beware they are very old and it is better to walk around the northern coastline as the road is quite busy and there are only walking/hiking paths along the cliffs. While the staff was VERY friendly and accommodating, my only complaint was that they should allow guests to use some of the kitchen facilities (which are right there in the lobby) and even plates/utensils/bottle openers, etc. Parking is on the street but we found a spot just out front when we arrived in the evening and our rental Mercedes was fine the whole stay. Would highly recommend!"
"Was a lovely room with extremely nice and helpful staff. Bed was comfortable, shower clean and hot, everything thought of. Breakfast was amazing.
Central location with parking on street outside, loved the boat trip to Berlenga.
Will recommend hotel to anyone."
"The staff are lovely, and the location is manageable if walking is your primary mode of transportation. The convenience of having a surf school in the basement is a huge plus. The only things that stood out negatively were the lack of room cleaning (they claim to change the sheets every 2-3 days, yet they never did during my week-long stay). At times it feels like they put a lot of commonly expected services behind a paywall (pay x to be able to use the gym, pay x to get fresh sheets, etc.)"
"The hotel is very good, and the included breakfast is superb .... apparently breads are baked locally every morning. There are plenty free parking space inside the campus. And this would be a good place for cat lovers. The room we had was actually a suite with separate bedroom and a sitting area. However, the furnishing is minimal which could do better. The only concern we have is the hotel's location. Do not follow the Google Map direction, which might point you to a different location. The hotel is actually located out of nowhere, quite hidden from the main roads or any attractions."
"Très beau séjour passé ici ! L’endroit est très bien situé et la vue environnante est magnifique. Les lieux étaient très propre et confortable également ."
"Room was clean, basic but comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen were ok but shower stank really bad. There is no oven, but there is a microwave and small air fryer. One of the hallways smelled like cigarettes a lot. There is a cafe directly beside/attached to the hostel that is super cute and had the best croissant ever."
