Firstly, the property is misleading as it’s very very far from city center allmost 15-20 km , took us more than 1 hour to reach from Harbor. we booked suite room the room located such bad area covered by bugs n big insects the stay was horrible we are scared to stay in room. Food n staff was Good.

This is a beautiful property in the middle of the Jungle. It was raining when we visited and watching the rain from the large window in our room was just magical. We were well taken care of the whole time. A special shoutout to Puspa for the excellent service.

Cadre et personnel sympathiques Piscine magnifique mais froide et à l’ombre des 15h en plein mois d’août. Restauration excellente ! En revanche en ce qui concerne les chambres, c’est plus que sommaire, propreté laissant à désirer, insectes dans la chambre tous les jours, propreté des draps et serviettes (piscine et salle de bain) douteuse… Salle de bain infestée de fourmis ! Quasiment impossible de fermer l’œil de la nuit à cause du chant de plusieurs coqs à partir de 2h30 du matin, catastrophique. Massage médiocre, vous avez la tête dans un coussin avec une serviette vous empêchant de respirer … catastrophique Impossible de sortir de l’hôtel à pied, tout est très loin

Es war wundervoll, man ist mitten im Jungle und hat die faszinierende Natur um sich herum. Alle Mitarbeiter sind unfassbar nett, zuvorkommend und geben ein behutsames und siecheres Gefühl.

Beautiful location and good food with excellent staff. We enjoyed our stay overall. However the room is not safe especially for people coming from communities where crime and violence happen. It is very uncomfortable sleeping when there is potential access to your bathroom (and therefore your bedroom) from outside. Someone could easily hop over the wall and gain access to your room while you’re sleeping or while you’re out. My wife was very uncomfortable with this as was I. Also, the spa needs to be upgraded. No privacy, no proper massage tables, just a small mattress on the floor with airline neck pillows that were very musty. Could not lay facedown without suffocating so had to rest my chin on the mattress which hurt after a while. Also, there was no relaxing music at all which makes it a very awkward experience. These are easy and inexpensive fixes which you need to implement. We liked the staff and the resort was beautiful. But some very important security measures need to be upgraded to avoid a bad situation and just to put your guests minds at rest.

Beautiful resort, wish I knew more upon booking

Amazing and beautiful resort!! Loved our view and villa. One thing I didn't realize upon booking was how far out from everything this resort was. We went very far up a hill to get here. Did not like how we couldn't get bottled water. Being from another country where the water is very different and we're instructed to not drink Bali water or even wash our hair with it, I chose to not shower at all here and stuck with the small amount of water that I had brought and to other drink choices. Bed was comfy but the room remained damp feeling and humid. AC didn't work well to help this, and leaked upon turning it on. Didn't realize the room would be made of bamboo, which made for a fun aesthetic but unrealistic for temperatures and noises. Restaurant food was great! Overall beautiful views but I wish I knew more upon booking.

Geweldige plek

Wat een geweldige plek, echt genoten hier. ‘s Avonds koelt hier wel wat af omdat het boven op een berg ligt. Fijn zwembad. De kamer is netjes met een supergroot bed.

Wunderschönes Ressort. Mitten im Jungel. Traumhaft schöne und ruhige Anlage. Personal sehr freundlich. Das Essen war auch gut. Preise völlig in Ordnung. Von der Lage her genau in der Mitte der Insel, jedoch mit dem Rollerverleih am Resort ein perfekt Startpunkt für Ausflüge.

Comfy resort with excellent food!

The resort is new and comfy, but doesn’t offer hair dryer. All staffs are very friendly and dedicated! I was impressed by a waitress in restaurant, she tried to make a iced latte when it was not offer on the menu! The food are really good! We had 5 meals during our 2 nights stay, each dish tastes great! The location is quite remote, so if you are going to stay here, it would be recommended to rent a bike at harbour first or book a bike with the resort in advanced. Lastly, there was some issue with the reservation. The receptionist insisted me to pay in the resort, but I was already charged online when making reservation. It took us some time on this. Not sure what went wrong, so it would be better to keep the payment confirmation with you. Overall it is a good stay!

Lovely small resort with friendly staff

Stayed here for one night as we did a tour around Penida for 3 days. Being located pretty much smack in the middle of the island it’s a good base for day tours to any place on the island. The area and the roads around the resort are also very scenic. The rooms are very nice and have a fan but no AC. The food in the restaurant was really good!
