"We have a big size of deluxe room with a bath tub and a balcony with beach view. Price is very reasonable with a good facility including breakfast."

"Stayed for 2 nights in the entry-level suite which was huge. We booked two connecting rooms for our families including two children below 3 years old, and it was more than enough. The views from all rooms except the sky suites are sub par, but I guess the space makes up for that. Also appreciated the Ritz Kids initiative which I think is amazing for families, including free meals and the attention they give. However, I must say that I wasn’t too pleased with the response time. Upon check in, took 30 minutes of waiting before I finally follow up, and another 20 minutes before our luggage arrive in our room. We were offered a service of keeping our children’s milk, which was very much appreciated, but everytime we need them back, it took almost 45 minutes to deliver to our room. Overall, a decent experience."

"We had a really great stay here—it was a pleasant surprise! The room was quite spacious and very clean, which we really appreciated. One of our favorite parts was the bathtub—it’s generously sized, not the usual small type, which made for a relaxing soak. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we’ll definitely be back!"
