"Staff very rude always make us felt uncomfortable not really supportive steering and misleading their customer I’m not really surprised specially at the tourist area but their neglecting unprofessional could accuse customers for missing items before carefully checking throughly if it was corrected before to make any call to the customer simple stuff could mess up people vacation."

"3 days I was there... not a single day was there anyone cleaning the room... no toilet paper in the room... until I asked then it was brought... not very happy with staying there "

"Comfortable, clean, and newly furnished room. Friendly staff, though not fluent in English. Fantastic location, just 3 minutes from a beautiful beach, but some areas are restricted as it’s a private beach for nearby resorts. Limited food options and activities nearby, and breakfast gets repetitive after a few days. Still, one of the best and most value for money accommodation in the area."

"A newer hotel just 10 minute walk to where the nightly fireworks are staged. The breakfast that was included was at another Lotus hotel, just a 5 minute walk but they also provided a golf cart ride there. The breakfast had about 10 choicest, which was good, but no coffee etc included, just a glass of water. The staff were nice and helpful knew some English. When we booked it included 2 tickets on the cable car to the island with the water park. So a huge saving on the price. A great deal."
