"We had a great time at this modern, art deco hotel right on the Venice Beach/boardwalk. The room was clean and the staff were knowledgeable. There was valet parking for $55 per night plus tax. The hotel was pretty quiet except we could hear people walking around on top of us and it sounded like they were moving furniture. I don’t know if that’s just because we were on the first floor? But we did get to go up to the roof and have a lovely coffee overlooking the ocean."

"Wouldn’t stay again. The rooms are clean and bed comfortable. They charge you a $40USD resort fee for a hotel with NO amenities. Only one elevator with broken AC for seven floors that is shares with the rooftop restaurant that gets very crowded during weekends. Complimentary breakfast is only yogurt, coffee and a few fruits. Very disappointing"

"Like it was a small hotel. It was a very low key comfortable environment. They did have a problem with the elevator. There are notices posted which let you know it is very,very, slow going down it is moving and you are not trapped. They are working on it.if you saw someone confused standing at the elevator you just let them know what was going on.it opened up alot of conversations between guest. We found it to be a problem that was laughed about."

"A roomy clean room. Was quiet. Walking distance of Venice Beach and Marina Del Rey if you don't mind walking a mile. Good food at the brewery and a Mediterranean re restaurant."

"Property is being renovated, mostly the office and grounds. It clean and safe. Also small, maybe a dozen rooms. Parking is next to the rooms but not sufficient for a full house."

"What a great motel, so clean and accommodating to all our needs. The location was perfect for access to Santa Monica Pier and Venice Beach. The best part was the hotel mascot Akiera. She made our day!"

"Room was clean. Good area about one hour walk to Venice Beach, lots of restaurants/ takeaways in area. Disappointed the swimming pool was not open, I asked a member of staff they said it opens in a few days. A few works/ painting was going on. I only chose this hotel for the pool as some didn’t have a pool."

"Super run down, dirty room, scratches everywhere, paint faling off. Not worth the money not the brand."
