"I had a great stay at the Wyndham in downtown Pittsburgh. The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the riverfront. It made exploring the area incredibly convenient. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment I checked in. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and professional, which really made the stay feel comfortable and stress-free. My room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, and the views of the city were a nice bonus. I also appreciated how quiet the room was at night, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Overall, this is a great choice if you’re visiting downtown Pittsburgh. Between the convenient location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service, I would definitely stay here again."

"The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The rooms and all of the public areas were very clean and well maintained. I will say the room layout was a bit awkward. Having the hangers for clothes right above the refrigerator allowed for the clothes to constantly get in the way of closing the refrigerator, and overall it didn’t seem like the space was used efficiently. The hotel was a great location and easily accessible. I would probably not use the valet parking next time, as there is a public lot adjacent to the hotel, and a public garage approximately 100 steps away, both of which are available for half of what the valet charge is. "

"We stayed the night to be close for the St Pattys parade and events. I spent extra money to have the little patio so we could vape (I had my medical card for medical reasons) and when arriving were told we would be charged a fee of $350 for smoking and vaping EVEN outside. Besides that, the room was absolutely perfect. So much room, such a beautiful bathroom, very clean. "

"The hotel is nice enough. I was charged upon checking in, even though I had paid beforehand. We were so tired we just paid and went to bed. I messaged the hotel and received a message that the charge would be refunded as the hotel did make an error. I tried to confirm this when checking out and a different staff member argued with me AGAIN, stating I hadn't paid twice. I still haven't received my refund a week later. Very disappointed in a place that claims to cater to executives and professionals. "

"Rooms were not ready for check in by 4:00. There were hundreds of guests sitting throughout the lobby. Told everyone they would text us when our room was ready and nobody ever got a message. Finally was able to check in after the game we attended. When I asked how we could get reimbursed for their late check in, the employee stated “we haven’t really been charging for late check outs”. "

"My family was in to see off Broadway production of Chicago at Benedum. The room was very comfortable and the staff was extremely accommodating regarding anything that we needed. We will most certainly stay here again."
