"Front desk never marked our room as occupied. Awoken at 2am with another group essentially kicking the door in bc they were drunk and the door locks on the room were difficult to open.
Front desk was not very helpful. Immediately reported to them and they stated it was a simple mix up. While attempting to calm down, I witnessed 4 cockroaches climb out of the tub. Comforters had stains and holes in them. Each bed only had 1 pillow and beds were so used that when you sat on them the spring had...

"Jessica at check in was absolutely wonderful. Helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast fare was better than I have seen at hotels chains "above" RRI. Minor issues: ice machine out of order, banisters could use a coat of paint and the doors to the rooms do not shut easily so one must pull hard causing slamming. Again all minor. Beds super comfortable bathrooms immaculate and commons areas also great. The lobby even smelled like a spa. literally 5 minutes from Hershey Park"
