"Really expected better customer service. Upon arrival I valid my vehicle in Porter took my bags but had no cart to put them on so had to carry them like a football. Mile at the checking desk they tell me my room isn’t ready yet so I say how can that be check-in is at 3 o’clock it is now 6 o’clock in the evening. It should’ve been ready to stay in the minute. I booked it so I had to wait about 15 minutes in the lobby why they tried to figure out what was going on meantime the Porter has my garment bag over his arm, wrinkling all my clothes, and to carry bags he was holding in one hand or flopped over his shoulder needless to say this isn’t how I expected my luggage to be handled but anyway, after waiting 15 minutes, they tell me my room is ready. They give me my keys and I proceed to the elevators with the Porter that still carrying my bags for me with no cart we arrive on the 12th floor. He opens the door we walk in I look out the window and I am staring at a parking lot. so I go down to the front desk they give me a water front view room and it wasn’t a king suite I just gave up at this point at least I had the water view. They had two weddings in the house, but that is no excuse not to provide five star service. probably but never go back to this Hilton. I could’ve got this kind of service at Motel eight for a fraction of the price"
