"Mirrors dirty..pubic hair on toilet seat..not sure baseboards ever cleaned. Sink and tub old with enamel chipped off. Bed was fine. Radiator never stopped running altho thermostat was off...had to open the window to cool the room. Breakfast ok. Staff friendly. Great neighborhood. Maybe we just got a bad room..."

"Lots of parking, beds are comfortable rooms are clean,Don’t expect a Taj Mahal, it’s a basic motel.I really like the handheld showerheads. That is the first hotel ever that had them ,even the most expensive hotels have the shower heads they come just from the wall, I felt safe. Breakfast was basic continental. There is some issues with lack of knowledge from the staff like the Internet ask the girl how to log on because there’s like eight different Lulu hotel logons and I ask her which one then she didn’t know and she just told me I’ll just try all of them. The fact that there’s eight different ones tells me somebody doesn’t know what they’re doing.. Also they run out off bath mats. They said they don’t know what happened to all of them. Well, you have to incorporate that towels and bath mats disappear and you should have extra. It’s not that hard to buy some bath mats and keep track of how many you have. Other than that, it was a nice stay. "

"The Bear Mountain Lodge is a real treat. Small enough to feel private and exclusive, large enough to feel professional and welcoming. Our breakfasts were beautiful homemade meals with fresh ingredients and served with a smile. The entire lodge is spotlessly clean. The staff is thoughtful, friendly, and helpful. I hope to comeback someday in the future. Don’t miss this gem. "
