" Stayed at Pensacola Beach Resort with a family of two adults and two teen daughters and it was very disappointed. While the hotel looked clean and the lobby was nice, seating was limited. They have a sitting area outside but the wind brought the guests to come inside the lobby. This is definitely not a family-friendly place. The pool was small, overcrowded, and full of loud adults drinking. We didn’t feel comfortable letting our daughters stay in the pool. Room cleanliness was also an issue. The shower had mold, and housekeeping barely cleaned. One bed was half-made, the other wasn’t touched, and no toiletries were restocked. I even had to go to the lobby for toilet paper. Beds very uncomfortable that we ended up with back pain. Overall, not a good experience and we won’t be returning. "

"The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. The hot water heater is in need of either a good cleaning or repairs as the hot water only lasted a few moments before running out. There was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed. It was inconvenient for us to have to purchase bedding that should have been provided. The shower, bathtubs, and toilets had not been cleaned thoroughly. This property should not be listed to bed 5 people. Three at most. The bed in one of the rooms had several screws loose and was extremely wobbly. I will not be staying at Baywatch in Pensacola Beach, FL or be using Hosteeva ever again. It was poorly presented and not at all what we were expecting. I wasted good money renting a poorly maintained property. Do better."

"Best place to stay with small children or any children! You have the bay access on one side of you and the beach on the other! Plus, you have the pool too! Nice, quiet area! This will be my go to place FOREVER! Take a drive to Fort Pickens which is on the end of the road! Nice views of the ocean at close range!!"

"The area is nice, but the check in process is horrible and doesn't tell you till after reservation. Lock code wasn't working properly. I won't use this anymore."
