Had the best weekend accommodations here. Quiet and safe . Best location in the bay. If you stay here, enjoy the water and sunset view.

Best accommodations, best location, safe and secured . Comfortable bed, wish the hot shower a little longer but we were ok with it. Restaurants next door with great food. But above all, best sunset view !

Amazing stay!

The owner was very pleasant and the houseboat was amazing. Such a different and cool experience. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. We will definitely be back

Had the best time

Had the best time on the floating house. Great weekend getaway. Hanging out on the upper deck with drinks , and the best view of the bay and sunset. Highly recommended. We will definitely book this again this summer . Thank you

Very pleasing

Check in process was effortless. Stay was comfortable. Needs a minor facelift. Some modern or updated furniture. Needs minor handyman services, all in all very satisfied

Perfect Valentines Date

I surprised my girlfriend for this unique houseboat and she just loved it. Was so romantic and perfect for the two of us. She does not stop talking about it while driving home. She cant wait to be back in the area and book this again.

In its day I’m sure was quite a great unit- has lost that , unable to open windows without screens, no smoke detector back by bedroom open to outside - difficult for anyone unable to climb high steps to bedroom, to boat at low tide and forget getting to top deck. May be good for young - many good options near for food

This boathouse was such a unique and cool stay; it was our first time ever vacationing in one. It was within close access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We especially loved the all around bay views on the top deck. The views are beautiful and peaceful. The inside of the boathouse was homey and comfortable. The only thing I would say is when the toilet is flushed, it does have a bit of a funky smell to it. But other than that, the experience was very enjoyable. The owner was very friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. If a make another Fort Walton trip, I'd definitely stay at this boathouse again :)

The top deck of the boat was GREAT. Inside was terrible. No A/C in the bedroom, no water in the bathroom, no lights in the bathroom, holding tank smell was terrible. Dought it is ever treated. NEVER again. No temp control of shower water. Either scalding hot or cold when the 5 minutes of hot ran out.

Loved the idea of a houseboat. Just a few things needed fixing. Bathroom had no light and apparently needed chemicals in toilet. Smelled bad. No extra toilet tissue. Several lights didn’t work. Had to turn off a/c to use microwave.

Not worth it

I've already contacted your agent to discuss the issues. Not very clean, smelled terrible at times due to the toilet. Anytime the lid was up it had a very strong odor. I've stayed on multiple houseboats and none of them were like this. Scalding water in a shower that wouldn't get colder so we couldn't use it. Water in sinks had black pieves. Looked like areas hadn't been wiped down.

Uninhabitable. Do not book this houseboat. Found heavy mold in a kitchen cabinet. We didn’t stay and booked a hotel instead. Was very musty smelling and furniture/shades badly need replacing. Bathroom is IN the bedroom with no door or curtain. Nice idea to try but was not executed right.
