They gave us complimentary umbrella and chairs every day we were there. They let us use the pool and other amenities while we waited for our room to be ready. The staff was always available to help if needed.

Relaxation at the beach

Condo was decorated perfectly for a relaxing time! Well maintained property with friendly guest services. We even got to see a pretty wedding from our balcony and a Blue Angel's flyover! The area was perfect for our beach getaway.

Not what it seems in the pictures

This condo is NOT what it seems to be through the pictures on hotels.com. We paid for a room with a king size bed, the first room they put us in was a queen size bed on a low floor and we couldn’t even see the ocean. So we requested another room. They put us in a higher room with a king size bed. Our biggest problem was the pictures on hotels.com are of nice up to sate rooms. The 2 rooms we were put in looked like we stepped back in time. We thought we stepped back into 1985. For the price we paid this was not the quality we had hoped for. They are doing construction and when we got there they were painting with tarps everywhere. We couldn’t bring our luggage up when we first arrived because the cart wouldn't roll over the tarps.

Nice condo!

Very nice condo! had to find something last minute due to hurricane Michael. had almost everything you could need or want except a hot tub.

The Breakers is the place to stay in Fort Walton

The Breakers was a great place to stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean place and right on the beach. The room was beautiful! It had ever accommodation we could ever need as a family. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I would recommend The Breakers in Fort Walton to anyone. The guy that’s on the beach and puts the chairs and umbrella out was our favorite. Very personable, funny, helpful and great to talk to to.

I am one of a party of 3 having stayed at this condo at The Breakers of Fort Walton. We left a horrible 1st booking at Miramar Beach and moved here. What a difference it made to be in a clean, well cared for condo. You could immediately tell that these owners truly wanted their guests to have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Would definitely book this condo again!

Great fun with a dose of relaxation

We had a great time while staying at The Breakers. Strongly considering another family trip next year. I would recommend this as a vacation location for anyone wanting to relax and have a great time.

Don’t get me wrong because do this review. Place was great location. Bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom was in serious need of an update. I paid almost $340 a night and feel with that money all of these condos should be updated. Condo also had a weird smell to it. Not a smell that was gross to where you couldn’t stay there just had a smell.

The condo online looked gorgeous and modern and looked nothing like what we rented. When we walked into our condo it looked like we were back in the 80’s.

check in time was VERY late and check out time was VERY early. we tried to check in early, but they didn't have a room until 3:30 pm. I am fairly sure we were the first to check in, but I am fairly sure that we were NOT the first to be offered a room. Considering that, it was quite disappointing to get a call right at 10:00 am and a knock on the door at 10:15 am to ask us to leave.

Not a good experience in room 502

The room had a lot of issues. Broken drain stopper in the bathroom had to hold up for the water to drain. Had to search for outlets that worked to charge phones. When toilet was flushed it ran loudly for 15 minutes. You could here noises from rooms nearby. Bathroom was very small no counter space at all and it smelled like mildew .
