"The staff that checked me in was very nice but the room had a strong cleaning agent smell and was a bit worn. The carpet in the hallways were buckling/coming up and I tripped walking to my room. It’s a fine hotel but I won’t plan on staying again if I’m in the area."

"Started off with problems with the system when checking in and ended up having my card locked due to the staff having me swiped it so many times. Parking is also $10 a day in a parking garage that you’re suppose to park on level 5,6,or 7 that an elevator doesn’t work on so you have to walk the stairs ..."
