"Great hotel"

"We booked it for the indoor pool. There was an event the same weekend we were not informed of prior to booking and there was hardly any access to the pool. It was overcrowded. Also, there were guests who were loud and slamming doors late at night. "

"It was fine I didn’t get the room I booked and also have some problems with the parking but they were abre to solve it at least except for the room and the rest was really fine is just a simple hotel there are better hotel in Albuquerque for that price "

"Pool was decent. Rooms clean. Just a bit disappointed with the ‘continental breakfast’= tater tots, juice, yogurt, cereal, bread, coffee. However, the room was much cheaper than many others "

"The room we stayed in was nice and comfortable; however, there are a few areas that need improvement. The bathtub appeared worn and took an unusually long time to drain, which was inconvenient. The breakfast selection was also quite limited and could be significantly improved. The options were restricted to overcooked French toast, a small portion of breakfast patties, and scrambled eggs. There was only one juice option available, with no alternatives aside from coffee and water. Additionally, the breakfast attendant was not very accommodating. Lastly, the swimming pool and hot tub did not appear clean, which was disappointing. I hope these concerns can be addressed to improve the overall guest experience."
