From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Your hospitality truly made us feel special and comfortable. The spa facilities are absolutely amazing! Everything is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, including the saunas and pools. The massage services were excellent, and our room was spotless, cozy, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The food was outstanding! Both breakfast and dinner exceeded our expectations. We also truly appreciated the professional and convenient bicycle rental service. One of the things we loved most about BIRGÉS Hotel is the atmosphere. Although the hotel is luxurious, elegant, and beautifully designed, it never makes guests feel that they need to be wealthy or pretend to be someone they are not. We could simply be ourselves, relax, and enjoy everything in a warm, welcoming, and respectful environment. To us, that is what true luxury and exceptional hospitality are all about. "Room was clean and the property grounds were maintained. Our balcony had too many cobwebs to feel comfortable sitting there. The staff was nice. Especially helpful was one of the front desk staff in arranging a driver for us. Unfortunately, I didn’t see a name tag."

"A great place to stay. Nothing super fancy, but just what you need for a decent price. I know that most hotels do it, but I think asking money for parking is kind of ridiculous. Should be included in the price of the stay. We were able to park just outside the property for free so it was ok. Staff were super nice and helpful. Breakfasts were great, very tasty and lots to choose from. We’ll stay in Margareta again when we’ll come back to Balatonfüred."

"Both breakfast and dinner had a good variety. The dining area was clean and so was the room assigned to us. There was a tiny bit of pressure to purchase drinks at dinner time. There was maintenance ongoing with the steam room and one of the saunas but this was not informed at all on the booking page. Likewise the beach which belongs to the hotel was also unavailable and again not mentioned on the booking page. These information should have been made available on the booking page and also not mentioned by staff until I specifically requested information. What’s with the secrecy? I find such behaviour unacceptable and short of rude. If such facilities are unavailable then I expected a discount on the room rates."
