"Right next to Taksim Square and Istikal Street"

"スタッフがとても優しいです。 入口が傾斜の強い坂に階段があるので、大きなスーツケースだと入ったり出たりするのが大変ですが、スタッフの方が帰りは坂の上までスーツケースを出してくれました。 立地も空港から地下鉄でアクセスしやすく、観光地も近いので滞在時間が限られている旅行者におすすめします。"

"Everything was great!!"

"Amazing hotel. 10 out of 10. Rooms were very clean, staffs were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop breakfast was great. At last, the Bosphorus view was amazing💜❤️💜."

The staff were so lovely and friendly: we have stayed in many hotels and this was the best service we’ve ever received. We travelled with our baby and my mother and they were so considerate of both. We had a little incident which ended up in hospital - but they made us feel safe and were great in an emergency. I would definitely recommend."

"Pictures show the newer version of the hotel. It's a small place, the room is spacious and the bathroom also offers comfort. However the front facing apartments are not silent: the avenue is extremely noisy 24h, day and night. The windows are not capable to sound proof it."

"Our stay at Rayelin Hotel Taksim was extremely disappointing, mainly due to the poor service and lack of attention to basic guest requirements. The housekeeping service was very poor. Our room was not cleaned properly, and towels were missing from the room. Even basic amenities such as a dental kit were not provided throughout our three-day stay. The staff were extremely slow in responding to requests, and we had to follow up repeatedly for basic services that should be standard in any decent...
