"First hotel of the past 20 booked I wouldn't rebook. Paid for room with kitchenette (primarily for the fridge) but was put in a basic room with no extra amenities. When I asked about getting what I'd paid for I was met with incomprehension. So I feel a bit ripped off. There are all sorts of other hotels in wonderful Istanbul--pick one of them instead. "
