"The hotel is a bit run down but clean. Several broken things in my room. Elevator sounded like it was about to fall so I chose to use the stairs and I was on the 3rd floor. Other guest smoke cannabis which can be smelled in the hallways and sometimes in the room since the Air Conditioner pumps a bit of fresh air from outside the building which carries the smell into the rooms."

"The hallway was so noisy. The doors make a very loud noise when they close so we were constantly awakened throughout the night. We were also given a room right near the elevator which didn’t help. Otherwise the room was nice and clean. The bedding was also nice."

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this property. The conditions were unacceptable—there were used condoms left in the room, and the bathroom was visibly dirty. The level of cleanliness was far below any reasonable standard, especially for a place that presents itself well online. To make matters worse, my child became sick during our stay, which forced us to leave early. Despite this, I was still charged for a room I did not even book, and management refused to waive any of the fees. This lack of accountability and customer care only added to an already terrible experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. What was advertised online is completely misleading compared to the reality. This was by far one of the worst stays I have ever had."

"I was unable to check‑in due to several issues with the process and communication. When I arrived, I had no instructions about the check‑in procedure. The owner later explained that the process involved multiple steps with the condo concierge, a fob for the elevator, access to the parking garage, and additional steps to reach the unit. None of this information was provided in advance.Because the owner cannot see guest details through the booking system, I had no way to prepare for the check‑in requirements. I called the number provided, but the first person who answered did not speak English, and I waited several minutes before the owner came on the line. During the call, the owner requested the security deposit before answering my questions about how to access the property. After the deposit was paid, I spent about 30 minutes trying to understand the check‑in instructions, which felt very complicated and difficult to follow. In my opinion, the communication was rude, unprofessional and the process was far more complex than what I expected for a short‑term rental. I did not feel confident that I would be able to navigate the condo’s requirements or access the unit successfully, so I decided not to proceed with the stay and booked a hotel instead.I contacted Hotels.com for assistance, and after escalation, they refunded the cost of the booking. I never entered the apartment, but the security deposit was held for several days. Disgusting!"
