"The outdoor sitting area was super cute, the property was very clean and the amenities and decor were welcoming. The street is very loud at night; helpful ear plugs were provided. The lobby offers wine for sale. The bed was comfortable and the king room bathroom had two sinks. Convenient location to walk around mid-town. Memorable stay."

"Very pleasant stay at J Resort Reno. The room was spacious, very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the overall environment was relaxing after a long day of travel. The staff were friendly, and the location was convenient as well. I had a good experience staying here and would happily stay again in the future."

"I’ve been going to the silver legacy for years. I love it. The last time I was there was in 2022. I was just there over the weekend. It’s been four years since I’ve been able to go and it’s exactly as I remember it. The staff is nice. The rooms are nice. I didn’t hit any jackpots, but I didn’t go broke either. I had a lot of fun playing I met a celebrity which was fun. He was really nice. I can’t wait to go back again. I am a smoker so it didn’t bother me too much but you could smell the smoke...

"There was an employee named Blanca who was the highlight of our stay, as well as the two male front desk employees (I don’t remember their names), but they demonstrated the utmost professionalism and service ever! The staff is friendly, helpful and the premises were in pristine condition. Definitely staying here again!"

"The room was disgustingly dirty! Even the light switches!! We couldn’t take a shower because the water barely trickled out. I reported the issues but nobody helped the situation. We should have received a refund."

"I really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. The room was very nice and clean and the hotel was in a great location for places I was going. The staff was really nice and everything I needed was available during my stay. I would recommend this place for a Reno visit."

"There was no hot water in the shower and the bed was so old that the springs were sagging and every time one of us moved the other one moved. The breakfast was old granola bars and coffee that was terrible. The only ice machine is in the lobby and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was installed. The parking lot didn’t have enough spaces for the amount of rooms that were there. We were told to park across the street at the casino’s free parking."
