Meals at the hotel were excellent, and staying overnight in the Alishan Recreation Forest gave me lots of opportunities to explore the different trails and enjoy the cool mountain air. The rooms were a bit cold in January, but otherwise, beautiful room. We had complimentary, high quality mountain tea that the staff prepared freshly for us.
