"Jen at the breakfast area was wonderful and so was the coffee and food..and there was also a Hispanic lady at the front desk that was wonderful! I was not crazy about the bathroom layout but it was clean. There was also a strong scent of what appeared to be cigar mixed with cleaning solutions… but I was tooo tired to turn back and ask for a different room. Overall not bad!"

"The property was dated. The doors to come in were open. It immediately smelled like smoke when I was walking in. I was itchy when I was trying to sleep like something was biting me. There were bugs in the bathroom. I left early and asked for full refund."

"We stayed for just one night because it was close to the airport. Trust your GPS to get you to PVD and back because this hotel is tucked behind. Five stars on pillows, hot water, and lack of noise. Little quirks in the room signal there may need to be more maintenance (e.g., bathroom door does not stay open), but safe and clean. We would stay here again."
