"there was a cockroach, our room wasn't clean when we went in to the room have pictures to prove it. had to go down to front desk to get toilet paper as the room had none. we didnt get towels had to go down to front desk to get some. also someone went to "clean" the room im assuming as they shut the air off and tv off but left the 3 full little trash bags that were sitting neatly by the door.
we booked this because of the pool and the pool was down the entire time."
