"Not exactly a five star hotel. Ok though for a stopover."

"the property was set in a grate location for all the local amenities and roads, the interior was full of rustic charm."

"An absolute gem! A wonderful authentic pub offering such comfortable and friendly accommodation. The restaurant food is delicious and the full English breakfast is the best I can remember. The village is delightful.. and we were lucky enough to stay a Thursday when there is music, and we also had the best Mortis dancing! Such a memorable stay! Thank you"

"No receptionist just one person working behind the who was expected to do check you in. Breakfast was not available and when I checked out again no one on reception."

"Excellent stay. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and good breakfast. Very nice toiletries too."

"Rooms were clean n bed was comfortable. They cater to us hikers."

"Staff was friendly, and the food was excellent. It’s ideally located - getting around the northern Cotswolds was easy by either bus or taxi, and it’s very accessible to the Cotswold Way. Highly recommended."

"Really lovely staff, lovely room and great food. Only point to note is that the accomodation is above the pub, so if you go to bed early this may not be the place for you as some of the bar sounds can be heard until closing time."

"Wonderful and characterful property"

"Good sized room and bathroom. No safe in the room and on the second morning, housekeeping didn't shut the door properly so anyone could have just wandered in. I'd booked room only so can't comment on breakfast. A pleasant stay, however and location is perfect."

"Room vert clean and fresh. All staff very helpful and nice. The food was excellent we really enjoyed dinner here. Includes Parking, WiFi and breakfast. The quality of the breakfast was great. The pub area was also very nice and welcoming."

"Staff very friendly and welcoming. Continental breakfast was very basic. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Restaurant service was slow at times. Ideal location for a stay in the Cotswolds."

"This was our second stay at The Slaughters Inn. Such a lovely place with a beautiful atmosphere and a delicious breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!"

"Wonderful stay. Staff was lovely, cozy rooms with fireplace to sit and have drinks and meet people. Delicious dinner in the dining room. Centrally located in the town. Easy parking"
