Basic overnight accommodation and very good value. The green safety light on all night is not that great and bed could have been a bit more comfortable, but set against that is use of the kitchen and the balcony accessed from kitchen. For a single person wanting clean simple accommodation, this is a good choice.

Cheap and cheerful, but very basic..Need to bring your own towel and soap [hand soap available] Taxi £8 to £10 into Perth but reasonable bus service. Would not like to stay more than one night but I'm very old. All right for the younger generation..

Good quality budget rooms

Friendly staff, clean comfortable room and shared kitchen. A couple of kilometres to Perth centre but frequent buses within a few minutes of the complex. A great base for exploring the area

The care taker is friendly and helpful. On the day I arrived I was given the key and how to use it. I was not shown where the kitchen is. It’s my first time using a youth hostel. The room I stayed in wasn’t hoovered well. When I found the kitchen the next day I didn’t use it apart from leaving my bought food. I left 7 days early because I didn’t feel well. The room was very stuffy. One caretaker kindly lent me his small hand held fan.

Bins in room, please.

Property was clean and tidy, but hard to keep that way, since there was no provision of a waste bin in the room. Also no recycling facility was obvious, and no information was provided about this. It became somewhat tedious to have to visit the communal bin in the kitchen, through two doors, every time some article of waste was needing discarded. The decor could have been better; a recent repair to ceiling (flood damage) was not repainted. Night light hanging off the ceiling. I appreciate it's a budet option, and the fundamentals (clean room, comfy bed, en suite wc and shower) were good, but these little things wouldn't need a huge effort to fix, i feel.

Friendly Welcome I liked the accomodation and the spacious room. It had a great en suite shower. Nice communal area. BUT The room could've done with a deep clean. The kitchen had glasses lying ,crumbs on the table, Filthy windows and the worktop could've done with replacing. Hardly any cutlery. I was woken in the night with a crowd really drunk and Shouting. I walked to the nearest pub The Welcome Inn. I didn't feel very 'welcome'!!
