"Beautiful room and inn! Lauren was there to welcome us and we felt very at home. The breakfasts and available coffee, tea and snacks were so appreciated, as was the gorgeous view of the lake and mountains. Thank you for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!"

"The good: staff were excellent. Welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Snow was cleared promptly. Parking was convenient. Location was good -- central to where we wanted to be. The not-so-good: rooms are stark modern and cold. Not human-friendly. "Desk" (or dining-table) chairs didn't have wheels and so were hard to move. "The apartment was wonderful. Clean, spacious, and well equipped with all the necessities. The bed was comfortable. We did not make it to the restaurant and bar, or talk to any staff, but everything needed is sent by the owner via text before you arrive. "

"I booked the Spruce Room, which has extremely dated pictures online. There have been years of use when you actually view the place. The kitchen has stains and marked up tiles, bathroom is barely clean with black mold in the back of toilet. All 4 of our beds had dirty linens and since there is no on-site manager, they had us raid the emergency shed and hopefully retrieve extra sheets. These sheets were all unusable. They reeked of mildew. Our family had nowhere to sleep that night, so we had to...
