"Very nice property. Stayed over a major summer holiday so staff was a bit stretched but very helpful and apologetic. Property itself has been refurbished to a high if not trending toward minimalist aesthetic but is definitely fun and well appointed. My family and I would stay here again!"

"Acres Landing was an incredible stay! It felt like a private desert oasis, our airstream was super clean and comfortable and also had robes to wear. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities, including the 24/7 pool and outdoor soaking tub and corn hole late at night. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll invite all our friends next time! A unique place and I highly recommend!"

"My family recently stayed at Mod Palm Desert, reserving four separate rooms through Expedia.
This was a family gathering, and we specifically booked the Executive Suite, 1 Bedroom, Kitchen, Pool View because it was intended to be the main room where everyone would gather, eat meals together, and spend time as a family. "It was very hard to get information, even to get a cup of coffee. Breakfast restaurant wasn't open or ready by 7:30AM to get a cup of coffee. Rooms and building falling apart, very old 70s looking. Very poor maintained pool and cloudy water. At the moment of checking out, i asked for receipt, very rude staff lady said it will be emailed, but I have not received it. Deposit still on hold after 3 days. I DO NOT RECOMMEND"

They are old cabins — which means charm and character — along with some expected quirks from the age (door that didn’t shut all the way/trouble finding plugs where you want them.)
