"Bartender Vinnie was outstanding. We spent 4 nights there and room was never cleaned or linens changed. Did not request, because hotel policy said that cleaning would be done after second day, and were surprised when it never happened. Otherwise, the property is wonderful and I will stay there again, but will request housekeeping services as needed."

"Everything was clean and the staff was always available and eager to help. The breakfast set up was nice. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereals, bagels and a slicer and toaster, yogurts, muffins, coffee, milk and juices. I’m sure I’m missing some things. Oh and the most important thing to me is the fact that the bed was comfortable. My quality of sleep, according to my watch, was the highest it’s been."

"Breakfast was great other than the biscuit was a little hard and the fruit was not as fresh. But over all it was great choices. The hot tub was a bit warmer than I was use to but that wasn't a bad thing lol. Definitely used it a few times. Kids loved the pool as well. Overall so impressed with this hotel. We will be coming back and booking this exact hotel. Only thing I found odd it they wouldn't let me and my friend have rooms right next to each other even though the rooms in between appeared...

"Hotel is in a quiet location. Parking was a challenge as we had to park on the street in front on the hotel due to hotel lot was full. Several cars were taking up 2 spots and there was a large Enterprise box truck taking up 5 spots. Breakfast was great with lots of options! Bed was comfortable. A/C unit in room was extremely noisy and while it kept room cool, it most likely needs service for the loud rattling noise coming from it."

"Clean enough, but the facility is starting to show its age despite so e recent upgrades. Breakfast was weaker than the average of other Hilton properties. Elevator clunked and banged then quit on Saturday afternoon. All the "art" had been removed from my room leaving rather sharp edged fasteners exposed at hip level. Nicely within walking distance of a market."

"PERFECT stay at this new property. Was in Madison for a night to see a show at the Overture Center. This mid-range hotel was put together doing everything right. Free parking. Got checked in early with no problem. Room was great - quiet all evening and night, black-out shades, comfortable bed with lots of pillows, coffee (but no tea) in the room, min-frig, microwave. The shower had good water pressure. Bathroom mirror was WONDERFUL for makeup. HUGE TV. Free Wi-Fi. The bar in the lobby in the...

"The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast. They made sure everything stayed fully stocked right up until 10:00, which I appreciated. Other than that, I would give this place a 0 if I could. The entire hotel had a strange odor, but the second floor where we stayed smelled strongly of human and animal urine as well as marijuana. Our room had an overwhelming smell of pet urine that was impossible to ignore. It was so bad that I couldn’t wait to leave. I would rather pay more...
