"Struttura con soluzioni architettoniche molto gradevoli. Ambienti puliti. Camera spartana, ma non manca niente di essenziale. Colozione minimale, con poca scelta, ma con prodotti di buona qualità. Non ho avuto modo di conoscere personalmente il gestore, ma è stato telefonicamente sempre presente, disponibile ed efficiente. Ci tornerò volentieri"

"What a fantastic stay! The villa was a hidden gem — incredible value for money. We stayed 14 night for a tournament in June . The owner was absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. She has little English but Google translate came in handy every day . The lady of the house recommended restaurant to eat in at night time .. Breakfast was simple with tea and toast, and Villa had a relaxed vibe. The pool was a real highlight — crystal clear and beautifully maintained...

"De passage, bel accueil, arrangement avec le propriétaire pour mettre 4 motos à l'intérieur de la propriété ce qui n'était pas prévu. Merci. Bus no 11 pour la ville à proximité. Et si retour en taxi c'est 20 euros. "

"La struttura, per quanto datata, è tenuta in maniera pulita ed ordinata. Posto auto interno, camera munita di frigo (vuoto, ma magari basta chiedere l'addobbo), aria condizionata, TV a parete e bollitore per tisane. Personale mai visto, check in a distanza, apertura cancello tramite codice, tutto il resto telefonicamente o via WhatsApp. Comunque ben adeguato a chi come noi, aveva la necessità di fermarsi una notte durante il lungo viaggio dal Piemonte al Salento. Poi, come ogni cosa, dipende...

"We had an amazing stay here. If you’re staying in Pescara I can’t recommend a better place to stay. Close to the beach and restaurants for breakfast and dinner. Rooms are newly refurbished with a nice bathroom and balcony. Luca was a great host and we will definitely be back"
