"Clean room, great environment. There were some glitches, one day we didn't have hot water and we didn't have a phone in the room to call front desk. But overall, would definitely go back. Great location and all very nice folks working there. "

"Advertised as smoke free and our room smelled so badly of cigarette smoke that we requested to move rooms. They offered to "spray" air freshener, we declined and after waiting 2 hours, they offered a new room. Hotels.com CS basically said we are out of luck and get a refund, with no back up stay for a family of 5. The weight room had NO weights. They didn't service our room and the crowd was outside of the hotel yelling until 2am, almost nightly. Advertised full kitchen but lacked any proper pots, pans, etc. Stained floors, couches, bedding. We all hit our shin on the oversized bed in the tiny bedroom. No pool towels or beach towels provided. Nice beach and outdoor pool, our beach view was the parking garage, unfortunately. The parking garage is horrible and narrow. "

"Several of the pools ended up being closed due to being very dirty breakfast area always overcrowded rooms were pretty nice, but bedrooms are at the front of the room. All you heard was door, slamming people talking even up till midnight."

"Had a great time. Property was beautiful. Staff amazing overall. Downfalls - bed mattress was failing and very uncomfortable and guest services/housekeeping was unresponsive. Also, no iron in room or a place to hang any clothing. Food was wonderful, pool areas and grounds were wonderful and safe! Would return again."
