"Parking was great. Complex great and check in wonderful. Close to fez h and restaurants. Unfortunately the person next to us played jazz music so loud all afternoon and evening and spoke on his phone so loudly for about two hours and you could clearly hear his conversation. We put our tv on louder to drown him out. Although pool had a sign up no smoking three people were smoking at the pool area. "

"The outdoor pool was not open. That was very disappointing to me and my Grandkids. I feel we should have known it was going to be available before booking our stay"

"Our stay at Waterside was very pleasant. The unit was clean, spacious, and the amenities were excellent. However, we had a significant issue with the elevator. Upon arrival, it was out of order, forcing us to carry all of our luggage up to our floor (which is effectively three flights up since the first level is parking). Ironically, it started working the moment we finished unloading. ​On our departure day, the same thing happened. The elevator failed again, and we had to use the stairs once...

"Property was nicely updated and had good space. I would’ve given five stars but with my initial check in they didn’t verify me in time so I had to wait to get into my property until customer service resolve the issue. Also, someone from Maintenance tried to enter the apartment while I was getting out the shower. I tried to contact the landing to get more information as to who this was and I still haven’t heard back."

"The view from the balcony was gorgeous. The condo itself was a good size (2 bed/bath, full kitchen). It was clean, but you could tell it was an older unit. Wasn't bad for a quick weekend, but definitely not worth the price for any longer. There was very little parking at the actual building. We had to park in the overflow parking lot which was down tge street about a tenth of a mile. "
