"I stayed at this resort (July 2025), and it was wonderful. I requested a top floor and the receptionist was able to accommodate me last minute. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are amazing they are recently updated and had a washer/dryer and provided all the necessary amenities such as detergent, broom, mop, vacuum to keep the room clean. The pool area has 4 seperate sections one kiddie pool, one with a pirate ship, one with a lazy river, and the third is a standard pool...

"I really enjoyed the location and the resort like feel. My kids loved the lazy river and tube slides. I felt this place was great for a family and if you have older kids easily keeps them entertained. The food was reasonably priced. I would recommend and stay here again. "
"Would stay again. Loved the condo. The only downside is the cordless vac was not working and there was no broom. Combined with a beach trip this made the cleanliness go away."
"The office on-site did not manage the room we were in. Different companies seem to own different rooms. On the day we left, the toilet stopped flushing. On our way out I went to the office on-site to inform them, they said that was not their unit, they don't manage it. Not sure how you'd get an issue fixed, thankfully for us the issue happened as we were preparing to leave.
The suites are nice. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware and dishware. Having a washer and dryer in the suite...
"The stay was great. The hotel had just opened so some services were limited. The staff was friendly; however, there was a barking dog in the adjacent room most of the morning. But this was not addressed quickly since the front desk didn’t answer the phone deposited many calls. "
"The hitel was clean and employees fruendly. My bed was very comfortable. I loved the pool and hot pool. The hotel is right on the beach and access was easy. The free breakfast had plenty of choices and tasted great. Attractions are easy to get to and there was coupons! I loved having coffee on the balcony. I definitely recommend this hotel and will come back again."
