"Cockroaches in room, pull out bed broken, air conditioning not working and didn’t have beach access. Parking was a nightmare and extra charge. Room was the 2 bedroom penthouse"

"AMAZING staff especially the lady that check me in and out. Breakfast, the service was on point when we need towels and wash clothes. Less than 3 minutes each time. Room very clean and bed slept great! HIGHLY RECOMMEND to my friends and family!!! Thanks Fairfield for making our stay wonderful!"

"Overall it was a good trip. We stayed about a week. The only concern was when they can to clean out room, they forgot to put bags back in the trash cans so we just had to throw out trash away in the empty can, another thing was they took our body wash and never brought it back. Luckily we had brought some so we didn’t need theirs, but the principle around it agitated me."

"I thought I had room facing the beach. I got to see blank wall next door. Had to lean out of deck to see part of beach. This our anniversary trip. Very unhappy"

"We stayed June 14 through June 21. I asked for our room to be cleaned four days after I stay I was told they don’t do a complete cleaning till after five days. I asked on the fifth day housekeeping came in. They did an awful job on our room. All they did was give us two new sheets. They left the comforter on the bed the original comforter that had blood stains on it they never swept the floor. They never swept the balcony. Met a couple there who were heading home as we were checking in, who told us they’ve been coming here for the last 10 years. That says ALOT!
