"Wake up at 10pm tonight to use the gym and all equipment is moved into the concierge room, which is located in this tight shoebox of a room in the LOBBY with a folding wicker barrier as your privacy. 1 treadmill, 1 bike and one other machine. Compared to their luxury style 10 elliptical, full free weight selection, cables, 5 treadmills, medicine balls etc, The pool was under renovation for half the time I was here Hallways to room smelled like stale cigarettes Room did regulate temperature....

"Breakfast was the same exact thing for the entire trip. No variety. Not once was our bed made in 5 days, we even put the card out every day for 3 days until we finally got some fresh towels and the dirty ones picked up. The tiki bar by the pool was only open for half an hour on our first day there. We also had a 4 hour wait for our room after we were up at 3am and took 2 flights to get there. Won’t be going back. "

"Several of the pools ended up being closed due to being very dirty breakfast area always overcrowded rooms were pretty nice, but bedrooms are at the front of the room. All you heard was door, slamming people talking even up till midnight."

"Killing six cockroaches between the kitchen and the bathroom. Been nice to know the outside door open into the bedroom. The balcony had no door. Will not recommend to anyone. "

"Was on the first floor so beach view was instructed some. Was on the end and the exterior door that lead to parking lot was very loud when exiting. Ice machine wasn't working very well. Overall was a decent place to stay. "

"Room And staff were horrible. Power went out in our room around 8:30 at night when we tried to tell Steph we could not get a hold of him until the next morning before lunch and they were rude and asked us to leave because of that"
