"I am extremely disappointed with this property. The entire building had a strong mold and mildew smell, and the carpets were visibly stained, making the environment feel unclean and uncomfortable. Our bathroom door handle was broken, and although we were told maintenance would return after hours to fix both the issue and address the smell, nothing was resolved. The lack of follow-through was frustrating. On top of that, the customer service especially from a staff member named Hailey was very unprofessional and unpleasant, which made the experience even worse. For a stay costing over $400, this was completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property. "
