"Beautiful small hotel. Room was very nice with balcony looking out to water. Lots of amenities provided. Continental breakfast was very good. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room had refrigerator and microwave and cooking utensils well maintained and very clean. Would recommend this place highly and stay here again if in the area."

"An absolutely lovely place to stay in Historic Downtown Washington. Parking was convenient - I really like having an assigned space. I wish we could have spent more time there but we were just making a quick trip. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, bars and attractions within walking distance, especially the waterfront.
