"Really enjoyed my stay, the apartment had everything I needed. Was very clean and comfortable and nice touches with the chocolates. Only negative was I could hear the neighbours in particular rooms quite loudly but this didn’t disturb my night. "

"This hotel is absolutely fabulous in every way. The two ladies on reception Lorena and Maria were so welcoming on arrival they really made you feel special. Stupidly, I booked the wrong type of room when I did it online, but the ladies sorted it out at check in with no fuss and upgraded us FOC to the room I should have booked, what amazing customer service!. In fact all the staff were also really welcoming and were always pleased to see you and you could tell they meant it. We stayed two nights and ate in the restaurant both nights. The food was so well prepared and plentiful, that we didnt want to go elsewhere, great food and a great price. On the second day we came back after a day exploring the City to a lovely surprise. Lorena and Maria had written us a lovely little note saying that they had chosen us their special guests of the day, there was also a little bag of confectionery tied to our door handle with it. I have stayed in many hundreds of hotels both in my private and work life and have never had anything like this, it was heart warming and so lovely of them. They really are a credit and an asset to the hotel and I would like the management to pass on our personal thanks for making it a pleasurable stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will remember this stay above others we have had in the past. Well done NH Luxembourg, a really great hotel."
"The only reason I gave this a 4 star on amenities was because the shower never really got that hot. In every other respect I cannot fault the hotel
It’s in the business district so not scenic- if you’re looking for that don’t stay here. I think it’s a relatively new hotel. It’s very convenient otherwise. The tram stop is a five minute walk away and they run like clockwork. The food court in the Cloche D’Or - round the corner is amazing and you can get everything.
The staff in the hotel are love, friendly and polite. As other reviewers have mentioned the here is a free coffee machine- hence no kettle etc in the rooms. Breakfast is good. Also if you’re willing not to have your room serviced you get a €5 voucher to use in the bar ( 1 per day of your stay).
I would highly recommend this hotel."
"Good location. Perfect for overnight stop. Staff were professional and friendly. Good sized rooms with all amenities. Would prefer walk in shower to over bath. Restaurant was expensive and the food was only lukewarm. Breakfast however was good with a good range on offer and good coffee."
"I travel most weeks for business, this hotel is my preferred based on the staff, the eating options, cleanliness and other facilities such as the gym."
"The hotel is really convenient for all famous sights, we arrived early afternoon and after leaving our suitcases at the hotel we stepped across the road to see the Pétrusse casements, the cathedral, the monument dedicated to the Jewish people in www and the gelle fra (golden lady) war memorial with the views across the valley. Then walk 100 yds into town for dinner. it was so clean everywhere ~ even the mat covering the lift floor was changed daily. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the apples that were placed on our bedside tables. The ladies in the dining room were so polite and helpful, as were all the staff. The choice of food at breakfast was wonderful. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. A fantastic place to stay."
