"Excellent. Absolutely lives up to its 5 star reputation. Service interactions were all welcoming, pleasant and accommodating to our needs. Our room was perfection. Balcony was pleasant, there is plenty of comfortable seating choices in the room. The bathroom is a highlight. "Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. There was no hand soap provided in the room, and the Wi-Fi was very poor and unreliable throughout my stay. The biggest issue was the breakfast service. It was disorganized, and there didn't seem to be anyone directing guests or managing the seating during the busy morning hours. Many tables were still dirty, and it was difficult to find staff when assistance was needed. Overall, the breakfast experience was chaotic and did not meet...

"I repeatedly reminded the front desk, both at check-in and at check-out, NOT to use the pre-approved card claim for the deposit. There were no payments to be made against the deposit. Yet the full deposit was charged to my card! And after three days, it was not credited back. A shame, fraud!"

"The room was just as pictured - and it was kept that way by the friendly staff.Looking out of the room at our private pool was better than looking at the sea - the beach was about15 minutes' walk away - with pristine white sand and clear blue water. Within that walk were eateries of every possible kind, from street food cooked over an open flame to posh hotel restaurants. Easy to get around using taxis. A return trip to the island would be to Maneh Villas."

"Resturant is really bad. No options to eat and very bad behaviour by the people at the restaurant. The hotel is really good. The only shortcoming is their restaurant which they should really try improving if they want to do better."
