"Paid for insurance and never spent one day at said property. Lost phone with all travel information. Called hotel they had reservation on file then cancelled it on me. I’m sure I will be billed for complete stay. Not pleased on how they handled my situation. Will never use this service again."

"We were rather disappointed with our on-night stay, to be honest. We were expecting more from staying at an Omni Hotel. The room had a bad smell from the carpeting. The mattress sagged, and the bedding was only a thin woven blanket between flat sheets, not unlike the kind you get at the ER. The bathtub drain was clogged. We told reception staff about the clogged drain during check-out, and they took $20 off our bill."
